Users commit to professional and ethical communication in line with applicable healthcare regulations and standards.
Where a user believes that another user is acting inappropriately, or in a manner inconsistent with professional or ethical standards, or is generating and/ or sharing content (including but not limited to written, audio- and/ or video content, or content in any other form available now or in the future), which is in breach of any relevant and applicable European Union law or professional standard (hereinafter “illegal content”), the user may limit or block further communication with that other user, by using the functionalities provided for on the platform (the “Block User” button). This option is applicable to user-to-user communication and is without prejudice to the reporting mechanism set out below.

Reporting of illegal content (Digital Services Act)

Without prejudice to the above option to block another user, a user who believes that any content available on the Rare Mentor platform constitutes illegal content may notify SWIXX thereof. Such notice shall be submitted exclusively by electronic means, by sending an email to: info@swixxbiopharma.com.
The notice should contain sufficiently precise and adequately substantiated information of the content and the alleged breach (description of the content in question and the reasons why it is deemed illegal), in order to enable SWIXX to assess the reported content in a diligent manner.
If SWIXX's assessment shows that the reported content does not breach any applicable European Union law and/ or professional standard, the reporting user shall be notified of SWIXX's decision; otherwise, the reported content shall be removed from the platform.

C) Information Submitted by Users

Subject to any applicable terms and the conditions set forth in the Privacy Notice, any communication or other material that you provide to us through this website, electronic mail, or otherwise (such as questions, comments, or suggestions) shall be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary to the extent that it does not contain personal data.
